Questions fréquentes
Les questions sont-elles officielles ? Les questions de connaissance sont reprises des listes publiées par le ministère de l'Intérieur. Les réponses, les explications et les mises en situation sont rédigées par CiviCoq. Les 12 mises en situation de l'examen réel ne sont pas publiées : les nôtres servent d'entraînement.
Comment restaurer mon achat sur un nouveau téléphone ? Ouvrez l'écran « Débloquer tout CiviCoq » et touchez « Restaurer mes achats », avec le même compte Apple ou Google.
Comment changer d'examen ou de langue ? Sur l'écran d'accueil, touchez le badge en haut à droite (par exemple « Naturalisation · B2 »).
Comment m'inscrire à l'examen civique ? CiviCoq ne gère pas les inscriptions. Consultez le site officiel formation-civique.interieur.gouv.fr.

Frequently asked questions
Are the questions official? The knowledge questions come from the lists published by the French Ministry of the Interior. Answers, explanations and practice scenarios are written by CiviCoq. The 12 scenario questions of the real exam are not published; ours are for practice.
How do I restore my purchase on a new phone? Open the "Débloquer tout CiviCoq" screen and tap "Restaurer mes achats", using the same Apple or Google account.
How do I change exam or language? On the home screen, tap the badge at the top right (for example "Naturalisation · B2").
How do I book the civic exam? CiviCoq does not handle bookings. Use the official website, formation-civique.interieur.gouv.fr.
